many of us regret the mistakes we've made or things we've said....and it's okay to feel sorrow about it, but cultivate that sorrow; it's okay to do this....don't bury it or be afraid of it... and perhaps it will disappear...or not...( I guess in the old days we world repent or light a candle for our sins)
