It's Your Turn To Wash The Killing Floor (Cry If You Want)

Woman Shouting Yelling at H Stock Photo ...

"calm down, relax", i said
"life's too short for patience", she screamed
"and shut the door behind you", she added, "we don't live in a barn"
"maybe we don't, i answered, "but we've sure got a killing floor"
"i wish you'd get out of my head", i added,
"i can't take this anymore"

Needless to say, this wan an intriguing read...I read it as one battling with the voice inside themselves, but i'm sure it wasn't meant that way...I was able to read it the correct way....but it struck me. Thank you for sharing!
