Fairytale

A descriptive poem about love and someone's beautiful qualities

You are refreshing 

like the cool wind in my hair

the wet sand beneath my toes 

the scent of the ocean breeze

You are warm

like the glow of the summer moon

the friction of heat rising between us

the rush of adrenaline within me

You are intoxicating

like champagne first touching my lips

a sweet nectar poured into my soul

a candy kiss melting into my dreams

You are organic

like a magic seed planted in my garden

rose petals dropped into the bath water

green leaves dancing in the morning rain

You are comforting

like a sweet lullaby that calms me down

a healing laughter that cures my sadness

kind words that will mend my broken heart

You are unforgettable

like double shooting stars at midnight

a deep symphony bringing me to tears

unfolding into the impossible fairy tale.
