Stupid

I couldn't find any picture that best resembled the emotions in this poem so I had to use my "friend's". XD

Loving someone who doesn't love you back,
                                                   now that's stupid.
Fighting for something that will never be yours,
                                                    now that's stupid.

What's love to an innocent soul?
What's innocence to a vagabond?

How does it feel to die,
Over and over again
For something,
Someone, who doesn't even know you,
                        Who doesn't even care about you?

Love is for the weak
Love is for the foolish
Love is for the dying rose
Love is for hazel eyes,
                  crimson lips parched for company.

Love is for me.
I am stupid.

Nice little poem, though I don't agree with the content one bit.

Nothing wrong with love as such. People mess up because (a) They fall in love with the wrong person or (b) the right person falls in love with them

Love is for the weak because it makes them strong.
Whether you fail or succeed in love, ultimately you emerge stronger.

Great write. It made me think.

ah love will make the most intelligent person very stupid!! but that's what its suppose to do and its up to you to decide if its worth it. i do have a question though, whats a vagabond? you mention it in the second stanza and i have no clue what it is. other than that great poem! :)
