Hell to all Men

Not my best but... XD This is the first poem that features my new muse, Jen! XD

Would love ever work
With just one man?
No, it wouldn't
Not without a muse.

Like a duet,
A song sang by two singers,
It has to be done by not one
But two hearts as one.

"I love you,
Do you love me too?"
She said no,
Breaking this heart in two.

What would a poet be
Without inspiration?
What would a cleric be
Without religion?

Life becomes hell
Without our piece of heaven
Love without a partner
Is like hell to all men.
