Sealed Kiss

Sealed Kiss

A Poem by Jofer Serapio
"

...

"

There’s something about you

But I can’t really say

I don’t get it, too

But you make me want to stay

A smile and darkness fades

Your eyes light up

And suddenly I’m enslaved

You don’t know how to stop

(You really don’t)

But it’s not a bad thing

You and I may be opposites

But you do make me sing

About love, life and the unusually pink streets

It may be a bit weird

But you have power over me

You’re like the girl my mother feared

And more the one I loved to see

I must admit I did doubt it

A good kiss isn’t enough reason to be

But now I want to truly admit defeat

And serve my only muse for all eternity
