Tell Me (Break Away)

Tell Me (Break Away)

A Poem by Jofer Serapio

This is actually a song... I wrote it for the Inner Pessimist in me.

Tell me something

If I tell you I miss you

Would, you,

Feel anything at all?

Do you think about me

As much as I think of you?

Can, you,

Hear this voice as well?

I may just be deluded

I may just be mistaken

So can you please,

Correct me if I’m wrong.

Tell me, tell me

What I need to know

So I can go

If I’m wasting your time

Tell me, tell me

What I should say

To make your day

So I won’t break away.

(Guitar Rift)

I can’t…

Tell you anything more

I swear…

I’ve run out of words to say…

I don’t want to play anymore…

I have to know…

[Repeat Chorus x2]

But I won’t…

Want to break away.

But I know…

I can’t save myself today.

Yes, I know…

I don’t know you that well…

I’m just a mirror…

Flows well in the lines for a song...and kept me going to the end...
