farewell

Just something that came to me. I'm new to this so i'm not really sure what is considered "good poetry". But hopefully I'll find out! I'd love constructive criticism!

the whisper of a kiss

the ghost of your fingertips lingering on my face

my eyes, lips, and arms all aching for you

feelings unwavering, minds ever changing

souls conjoined, bodies apart

corporal hearts beating in sync

come back to me

I just don't get why some poems are considered to be so amazing.
