How do I move forward from my past?

I think to myself slowly as the pain goes deeper and gets stronger.

My heart ready to burst,

My eyes releasing a stream of water.

Explain to me how do I move forward?

How do I move forward when I'm living in a fear of losing everything I have left.

How can I even smile without feeling the pain,

the pain of being alone.

How do I move forward when I was constantly let down.

How can I move forward when I know I am a disappointment. How can I move forward when I know I am nothing I am nothing that everyone judges,

just like a book and its cover.

I guess in this garden you walk
going here and there, trying to move forward,
there's no predefined path,
but your own you have to carve.
So, in order to speak my heart,
I guess I'll only say, I want to understand
what you feel and how you speak.
Because all you said was nice.
