Imperfect

Imperfect

A Poem by the scribbling stardust
"

universe stuck in a meat suit

"
A frantic search
A desperate chase
All of us its slaves

Running in circles
Jumping hurdles
All to no avail

How many times should it be repeated?
You can't make everyone happy
You don't always have to be happy

How many failed attempts?
To rip off that mask
To not surrender to conformity

How many heartbreaks to finally realise?
You are a universe stuck in a meat suit-that's your heaven
You have demons that rip you apart before making you whole- that's your hell

Stop the frantic search
Stop the desperate chase
Perfection is an illusion
Perfection is boring

You are so much better than just perfect
You are a universe stuck in a meat suit.
