As Seen from the Mesa

As Seen from the Mesa

 

 

As I walked along the mesa top,

a heavy rain fell

washing the sky blue,

making even the dusty basin

smell clean, fresh.

 

Sometimes, the world around me

surprises,

brings forth color,

life

and a rainbow on the horizon.

the way the world is today....it is sad when we have to be surprised by life having color...it should be that way all of the time...can we make it that way some day?
