StarlightA Poem by Reine LyshenI love the night sky Dark but not empty Mysterious and deep I don’t want the starlight Cold and far away Bright like hope Like empty promises A streak of starlight came I hated starlight more But I realized Starlight makes me see Through the deep dark sky I hated it no more It’s your dream to be reached It’s the fulfillment not hope.
