The Red Field

one of the best ones I've written, I think. I have to re-type it, so if you notice misspelling let me know so I can fix it. Let me know of any other problems.

Will you hold my hand
As we cross this land?
The demon mood overhead
And our black hearts, stained red

We’ll get there someday, somehow
But only if our ka allows
The door finally closes
As we’re in that field of roses

Look at the towers’ dark pose
As I pick you a gunslinger rose
The world around us is dead
Thanks to the tower overhead

The blood drips from my fingers
Falls to the rose and there it lingers
Despite my bloody palm
Our faces remain calm

My heart succumbs
To your bleeding lust
As ka commands
I must

I found this
Lust is morbid
A spell from
The scarlet orchids.
As we stand in
That red red field
From the tower,
You I will shield

The Dark Towers lust
Calls to command
An end to
Mid-worlds land

The Dark Towers
Long-fought strife
Will bloodily end
Both our lives

Let’s lay in
The rose bed
As the tower
Makes us both dead

But now that an end
With you is floating near
I no longer view death
With bottomless fear

As the Dark Tower
Swallows us whole


I clutch your oh
So fair hand in mine
A death  with you sounds mighty
Fine.
