Forgotten Silk

Forgotten Silk

A Poem by Rebekah Faith Vrabel

Forgotten Silk

Words from a previous pen
shadow themselves like shy ghosts
upon this wrinkled page.
Food, flower and wine
motivate the wordsmith
to cover them like silk
scarves on rocks.
