Guitar

Guitar

A Poem by Robin - Scott Johnson
"

Longing for my guitar

"

“Guitar”

By Robin Scott Johnson

I wish I had my guitar,

To play, and strum, and pick,

To create a playful melody,

Or to simply cheer you up.

I wish I had my guitar,

To while away the hours,

To give me something to do,

Or to entertain my cat.

I wish I had my guitar,

But Alas it is miles away,

Put in its case and out of reach,

To play another day.
