Expounding , explaining, inside we all grew

Grew from his example, grew from his wisdom
Grew from the way he's cared for our children
Thanking him incessantly for what he has done
In teaching them to live to the beat of their drum

Teaching them to never be afraid to be different
As long as they stay in line with God's vision
For this is exactly what he has done
He's lived unafraid of the beat of his own drum

Now he's ready to spread his wings
His wishes and hopes are no longer dreams
It's time to spread his beat all abroad
Time to soar the whole world around

Ready to take on life; hit the ground at a run

Another nice piece with your trade mark message of hope. You could craft it in places e.g.:

Might flow better as:
