This is a companion for the "Chasing its tail" haiku and has the same message. The latter is more true to the haiku form. It states something ordinary in nature and from that one can take a spiritual meaning .. an approach found in zen.

Thanks. Sometimes people try to hard to relax. They stress if they find their minds are still thinking and try to fight it. Just let your mind be, acknowledge your thoughts but do not judge then and do not follow them. Don't do. Be.
