Time has quietly gone

Forsaken, forsaken are the souls, which are lost.

Forsaken, forsaken for the time that is not.

 

Be not the one that passes us by and does not see as we quietly cry.

Be still now and plead for those that have gone.

The ones who will never hear your sweet songs.

.

Take the memories held in our past.

Take them and share them with those that have not.

 

Make new ones use old ones, but never forget.

That time will take from us all that has passed.

 

When ashes have settled and dreams are forgotten.

It is the ones that remember, that saved our lost souls, when time has quietly gone.

I really like this. We are in a race against time, and many quietly move forward never acknowledging lessons of the past. Until, a time has come, that they are on their way out the door. Good write!

Thank you. Yes some times the leasons we need to learn have all been tought in the past. And yes we are running out of time for some things.
