Don't Follow

Don't Follow

A Poem by Cadence Killday

Empty hands and broken glasses
ensure the old and angry masses

Authority with too much power
Ensure the nation's final hour

Too much war with no support
Makes a nation's existence short

So many sides, which one to choose?
Who cares what side, since we'll all lose?

I agree with this completely. These wars will make our nation weak, history has shown this to be true. And there are so many sides to take, which often hides the choice we truly should take since it is not among the choices offered. Well written poem.
