if only...

if only...

A Story by rupsha

Disgust. Irritation. Avoidance. Negetivity.
Now these were the words he associated with her who had once cast her spell of love on him.
She was his own. His love for him was immense yet hidden.
He was her world. She didnot fathom anything beyond him.
Both worked on tiny hurdles and walked their journey hand in hand.
Sometimes he would get tired, sometimes she would walk to fast.
But they knew both were there to catch up to each other.
That path was their walkway.
Sounds sweet eh?

One day. One mistake. Everything ruined. :)
She.made.it.

Her millions of apology couldnt wipe out that one day.
Her overflowing love couldn't wash away his sorrow.
Her touch burned his skin.
His words pierced her heart.

He moved away. Like every other person he moved away.
Dint leave her but took away everything from her.

He was once the fire that loved without a shadow
He was now the fire that could burn her down to ashes.

She regretted every moment. Her guilt swallowed her within.
All she could do was look into his eyes and show him what he meant to her.
It was a bad day. Not a bad life.

sadly, we arent promised a tomorrow.
No one is bound to anyone
But her happiness was being bound to him.

Just once if things could sense a touch of love over hatred...just once if he would pick her up again and walk with her, she would never give up. Never would she dare to lose him in the journey again.

Darkness can only be driven away by light.
Hatred can only be driven away by love.

If only...just once...if only.
