UNFORESEEN CAUSATION

UNFORESEEN CAUSATION

A Poem by rutherford
"

The first thing that came into my head this morning. Nonsense or omen of deep portent?

"
When I came out of the cave
they set me on fire
so I waved to the Queen.

It sounds almost like a biblical story, Solomon & the Queen of Sheba.

Thanks Latifa. I leave the rest to the readers imagination.
This must be the guy who invented the wheel? He waved to the Queen as he drove by Buckingham Palace in his Rolls . . . You're driving me crazy with your wit, rutherford. I'm having to think way beyond the box and that's making me lose my sense of proportion entirely. LOL Have a great evening.

Thanks Joyce. I'm treading the boundary between something bordering on meaningful and total nonsens.. read more
Oh, my. For some reason, Galileo comes to mind with this... not sure why, but I can see many possibilities with this piece.

Good thought RIta. I wasn't sure what I was thinking. Maybe a little about Plato's cave.
You're in good company---poets, philosophers, saints and heretics.

Thanks Pryde. One of those short thoughts I had commuting on a rainy day.
