High, low

High, low

A Poem by mendedwords

Sound waves wash away depression, anger, aggression.

Sifiting through melodic notes ,

We receive a lesson not taught with

Street smarts, small darts pierce

Cold hearts and warm ears which have

Grown callous to sound teaching,

We wish life felt this way; rays of

Hope recorded over loud bass.

This is merly rhythm and vibration.

But to the deep in thought,

Just the thoughts make nothing as

Almost everything, and everything

Plays to our impressionable hearts.

Double meanings, daydreaming.

Night sleeps of comfort,

Just to know the bass slaps

Our walls in deep rooms

Surrounded by everyone's life.

That which we can't escape.

no problemo, it is my pleasure :)
i love this poem...it is so musical...and think that bass beats deep in our minds...and the lyrics come with the beating of our hearts...it's creative echo...and we poets sing of it as we can.
we can't escape who we are...but then, would we want to?
"our walls in deep rooms" produce the words we write.
