Just Breathe

Just Breathe

A Poem by mendedwords

Head underneath a cloud

Clouded mind with feeble thoughts

While waters rush through beaten paths pressed firmly against confusion.

Small boats sail off into the evening,

Leaving behind tiny scraps of broken

candles used to guide the lost through the night.

A breath now costs a lifetime worth of work.

Tonight the waves will crash.

No breathing here,

This is what we now believe in.
