Maybe a book someday

All that you have given me

Far beyond I could praise

 

Not so long ago we met

Seems as ages since then

Got along too well

A bond no words could express

 

Just sitting next

On the desk winding text

Blinded me from all

Trouble as I recall

 

Whenever I’m sad

Forlorn and bored

Your voice alone

Leaves woe gone

 

Afraid and timid

Silent streak I had

Your efforts gave me wings

Turning my world upside down

 

Your forthcoming voice

Of pure words of admire

Stone lines of courage

Ablaze me whilst prosper

 

Separate paths though we chose

In the journey of life so short

Through text and phone each day

Our secrets we gave away

 

Others called me crazy

Weird and nosy

Yet nobody knew

Me as well as you

 

Your incessant grace

Forever I embrace

Never shall we apart

Cause you have my heart

 

Wish you could see

Wish you could feel

How I value and praise

Our friendship above all
