Our Photograph - Lyrics

Our Photograph - Lyrics

“When you're sitting in your room at night
What do you do to entertain?
Do you pick up our photograph
Reflect on the memories that remain?

Life's been good for once to me
I can only hope the same for you
You won't tell me what is wrong, but
I'm here for you - I'll see you through.

Hold your head high, please my brother
You say you're fine, but your mouth lies
Your eyes remain sad and dim
So unlike you - bright and wise.

Life's been good for once to me
I can only hope the same for you
You won't tell me what is wrong, but
I'm here for you - I'll see you through.

It'll get better, just you wait
Everything has a beginning and end
Look at our photograph, and smile now
Because I will always be your friend.

Life's been good for once to me
I can only hope the same for you
You won't tell me what is wrong, but
I'm here for you - I'll see you through.”
