Your Mom and Angel

Your Mom and Angel

A Poem by Savanna Robbins

I’ve seen you cry, when you think of her

When you remember her on Earth

Raising you, loving and teaching you as you grew up

When you see other’s moms on tv

Or think of our future together

Knowing she’s not here to be a part of it

But she is a witness in the heavens

You’d rather have her here my love, that I know

But she’s your guardian Angel

And no longer in pain

Because she was too kind for this Earth

And God needed her with him

Sitting by his throne, watching from a far

So she’s always with you

Just above our heads, instead of beside us

This touched me. I lost my mother three years ago... one month before my wedding. That was hard.
Thanks for writing this.
