A Frightful Goodbye

A Frightful Goodbye

A Poem by a schizophrenic writer

The voices they say
that they will go away
so I take a knife,
ready to end my life.
With my mind so cluttered
I barely muttered
a frightful goodbye.

I really enjoyed reading this - morbid, yes. Sad, yes. But a very brief and real glimpse into a very chaotic scene.
