Blood Song

I have posted this before on another site a long time ago under the names Shadowspg and Kadenmire. It is a vampiric lament.

It beats, it pulses, and it calls out to me beneath the warm flesh.

It’s rethem so alluring.

Oh merciful fount I draw from you life mysterious and wonderful.

Memories, anger, love, and lust.

Life I can never have, doomed to live only through another’s eyes.
