Mysteries in Emptiness

Mysteries in Emptiness

A Poem by deadly healer
"

ummmmmmmmmmm. wellllllll its different.

"

I lie awake, trapped here

in these hallow walls which lies

my whole life, and my

world is trapped where old

pictures are and where empty

rooms were once a beautiful house.

My world was free as

an eagle which is in dreamy

clouds. Like a dark red rose as

rays show through gray, you

reach to touch the masterpiece which can

only be a thing you imagine.

I wish i could feel it, but

there is a risk to take that's much to deadly

for a girl to ever touch. To

walk in hallowed halls and see those

innocent eyes of mine reflecting who

no longer shows through this skin, will choose

a path of hatred for me, so I dare you to

lie awake with me and knock on this door. Only lost souls may Enter.

Hey, now that is really awesome subliminal twist. I love it! Never thought of trying that, but that's the beauty of poetry, right?

yeah. actually there is a hidden message. read the poem like normal then go back and read the last word in every line. instead of rhyming i jazzed up my writing.

Interesting. It seems you used the house as an inspiration, but covered other ground here. Cryptic. I imagine that is the mood you wanted to create.
