Falling apart
Well I was falling from here alone
And you could have saved me
With one word, only one word
You could have saved me from the world
Held me away from the scars
Yes I'm the broken hearted
But you’re the one who will be
All alone in the end

I was doing fine until you handed me back my heart
In two pieces with your name carved on the inside
You sent me on my way with my life torn apart
And carried on with the games you play
You love to destroy all us little boys

And I thought it was the only way
That I could take control of my emotions
Bury them all deep inside
Drown my sorrow with the bottle
The pain eventually gave away to guilt
Led me to believe
That I was the one responsible
But you’re the one who tore me up
And let me fall to pieces

I was doing fine until you handed me back my heart
In two pieces with your name carved on the inside
You sent me on my way with my life torn apart
And carried on with the games you play
You love to destroy all us little boys

I'm drowning my sorrow
Beating it with the bottle
But I'm only torturing myself
I thought it was the only way
I'm drowning my sorrow
I’m falling further apart
That I was when you let me fall
I'm drowning my sorrow
All I’m doing is deepening the hole I'm in
It's not the only way
So here is my broken heart
I'm putting it back to one piece
I'll keep your name inside
To remind me
How not to fall apart
