Mother Nature

Mother Nature

A Poem by Essa G

Cleanness is something she craves

We haven’t cared about what she wants

Pollution has taken the power she had

She had but now is gone

She clarifies that she is weak

But we don’t listen when she speaks

She has given us a gift

We have selfishly taken it for granted

Only those of us who care

Can stop the ones who do not

We can all be helpful to her

As Mother Nature wants us all to be.

I love to sing and baking, but singing the most. Writing is more of a hobby for me. I've written a novel called 'Silver' and I'm in the process of writing the sequel, which is called Prophetess. I hop.. more..
