I Am Me,

I Am Me,

A Poem by raymondb

I am me

It does not get any better than me

You can hate me

Talk about me

Or even try to be me

I am me

I will always be me

who ever dont like me

Its because im me

To be or not to be

Me

I am still an always will be me,

That was a smart poem.
The way the lines sway show a very nice rythme which is said playfully.
Good one

This is great! I absolutely loved the simplicity of this piece. I actually went and reread it again. I just sat there and kinda let it sink in. You've made me realize that yes, it IS ok to be me, and whoever doesn't like it can.....(insert bad thing here) LOL! Loved it, and I'm expecting more from you! x]

The act of being brave enough to place pen to paper and express your inner thoughts deserves accolades. blessings ~M

One other thing, I love how your first poem, "What Am I?" is almost answered by this one!

Peace!

Well done dude! Love how you made this so simple, yet so effective as well! However, it looks like there is going to be more of this poem later? Unless you've made it so this poem can be read from the beginning again. It's very well written, and I think you have a future as a poet! Congrats man!

To yourself be true! All through my childhood I asked myself the question, who am I? Existential questions. Now like you...It is okay to be me. Thanks.
