Never Forget

Never Forget

A Poem by Aradie Rain

Faces. You can never forget them.

They flash through your mind.

Like stars in the sky.

One minute their here,

the next their gone.

Expressions of laughter,

joy and freedom,

mix with the cry's of horror and pain.

Faces burned into our eyes

never able to forget.

The happy experiences

become too hard to remember,

while pain is vivid to touch

Faces, They never go away.

yeah, a good piece (apart from some grammar errors), it flowed nicely. And for me, it's all we really have...faces from now + the past...memories attached to those faces, life......thank you

In the fifth stanza, ''expiriance'' should be changed to ''experience.'' Right under that, ''to hard'' should be ''too hard.''

A nice write. It made me stop and think about all the faces that I've seen. It's true that they never leave your mind. Flows excellently and has a great structure. Amazing =]

You're right, faces just don't go away. Every memory we have will forever be burned into our minds because of the faces we saw. We also remember the sad more than we remember the happy. Interesting how that works.
Second stanza:
"One minute they're here,
The next they're gone."
You are talking about they are, so thus -> They're

fifth stanza,
"Become" is probably supposed to be "becomes"

Very nice piece. I hope that this was not overly inspired by an incident in your life. If it was, I wish you the best and I hope that everything is okay!

Once again -- a lovely piece. Nice job taking this subject matter and portraying it so well in your words!
