precious cargo

smuggling all these aspirations through words

paking them right and pushing them in so they fit tight

tie a pretty bow around them for others eye sight

then

i

pray

and send them on their way

some of these words i release to the sky like doves

hopeing they will fly above

the undeserving and land on my love

 

to deleiver my package

some, I pack them down

have them squat to the ground

and go under

all this earthly plunder

so those who have their nose so high to the sky

wont have a reason to even wonder why

so many words would travel right past them

without even having to ask them

permission

while

the things that i still know in my heart to be true

smuggled right through

here is where my words turn blue,

red

black and

green

and hang like camoflage around my neck

hiding me to, holding me from

future regrets

allowing me to do as i want feel as i feel bleed if i will

packing them right and pushing them in

smuggling aspirations through my pen
