Young

Young

A Poem by Jennifer Warnock
"

Death, Love, together

"

In the brightess hour,

it happened so fast.

Love of the strongest souls,

the two entwined.

There was no fear.

They stared into each other's eyes.

It was not what they had expected,

nor what they had thought.

Together they had no fear

for the darkness that may come.

The love that they shared,

so young and strong.

The life they had shared

so precious and giving.

What may have been

the world will never know.

Nope, I meant entwined. Same meaning diferent spelling. I like entwined better than intertwined

I like the way you ended it. I think you meant to use the word "Intertwined" instead of "intwined."
