' Education is a must '

this is a poem i had to write for my English project. enjoy:) please ask for permission and don't use for your own purpose atleast without asking.

    Education is a must

Education is the key to life
Although sometimes I feel like stabbing it with a knife
Wonderful is education
It helps my brain to function

I'm sitting in class
In science studying mass
Oh how I'm bored
Wishing i was playing on the piano chord

There I am opening my books
While all the other girls care about their looks
SAT's on their way
And here on bed I lay

Studying makes my head explode
I have too much of a load
But I do it anyway
Because that's what the teacher says

The year has come to an end
Oh how my books I shall miss
But i must say goodbye
To university I shall fly

I think you too love books as i do much. You know the meaning of your life & the worth of education as well. I felt here deep words indeed, i loved here two stanzas much, those are,

There I am opening my books

this phrase is quite nice, loved it. It shows how, you sit in your class or focus in yourr books only.

& apart from this above one stanza, the second one that i loved much os

The year has come to an end
Oh how my books I shall miss

very beautiful...i loved merely one line, "The Year Has Come To An End"...loved much, because it's a reality indirectly. It shows when the year starts, it comes with the end like a end of life...Very powerful line. Your this one line has also impacted on me indeed.
