I can't go back in time
And bring back to life what is already dead
And you can't turn the clock
To undo the words you've said
We've taken more damage
Then we would've thought
We bargained a dangerous deal
And this is what we got
I have to let you go
And you must do the same
This is for real
It is no longer a game
Don't ask for another try
I need you to walk away
We can't go on like this

There are two separate paths

There are just some things
We people cannot fake
I won't say goodbye
