A Poem by Sauav Karki

Would have been great,
If we could be changed.
You being me and me being you.
We could See each other as clear as dew.

I won't step on your wounds,
Neither will you protest.
We will read each other
Act with no regrets.

I could understand you,
You could believe me.
Every time you feel sorrow,
You could share with me.
I would have given my shoulder,
You rest on it.
We would close eye and dream.

But suddenly I awoke.
Its the same cage filled with fear.
Fear of getting the same kicks and boots.
All i dreamt was of no good.

Surely it would be better,
If you could be me
And i could be you,
I will change many
You change a few.

But it's no use of saying
It's same me
And so are you.

About
I don't know, honestly. Every time I have to fill in these boxes that asks 'About me'. I just say to myself - It really doesn't matter what I think of myself. Its up to you to judge. more..
