once second i know you can not live without me

the next you treat me like an after thought

i wish i knew what i was to you

you say i have changed you

and that you love me so much

but just yesterday you said you may have to leave

and i saw no sadness in your eyes

while mine were blinded by the tears

i cling desperately to you

i shower you with love and affection

hoping one day you will wake up and think

but i fear i will be the only one who thinks of you

day and night i pray for your well being

i pray that nothing makes you frown

i pray that nothing does you harm

and i pray that nothing will hinder your perfect smile

you may laugh at my prayers

saying that nothing can protect you

but i can

i would fight off a thousand soldiers for you

nothing can stop me

i am completely dedicated to you my love
