Which Way?

Which way do I go?

I do not know.

I do not know how far I have come,

Or what I have done.

I don't recognize the path I am on,

My vision has long since gone.

I am losing my will to fight.

I need to figure out this new path,

I need to learn these new tasks.

This new path is frightening

I don't recognize what I am seeing.

I am changing into a new being,

Lord only knows what I am doing.

I do understand the poem.

I fear change but I accept the change. Life is steady change and we must move along with and hope for a nice ending. Thank you Jen for sharing the excellent poetry.

Amazing honest write. Sometimes it is more frightening to walk on the untrodden path so we cling to the misery we know. Ah, but I see that no one is retreating in your poem, no matter how frightened he/she is. Most excellent poem!

I try, i haven't written in a few days, for some reason my mind is being pulled back to the basics, relearning my grammar just to brush up and more studying poetry itself rather than writing it, but I will write more. I am having trouble adding the rest of my poems though. So more will have to wait.
