The Din of Humanity

The Din of Humanity

A Poem by Stefon Napier

My heart

Against sun and wind

Is rent

Nor can my will shatter the indomitable

Upstairs he sits

Enjoying the restless evening

Listening to me and my sin on the street below

A poem with a hint of story and deep thoughts and places. Each of us are built differently. Some are indomitable and can keep our balance in the struggles of living. I liked the poem. Left the reader something to think about. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
