Epiphany to All

Epiphany to All

A Poem by snoochee_boochee

Standing alone

Numb above the knees

Heavy light, the sun light

A red and orange breeze

Wasted life

The eye does see

Set in oblivion

Will this ever be

Moving so quickly

As time does show

The understanding standing

While the knowing know

Crashing down upon me

The stress of the real

The openness of closing

The void won’t fill

Stretching forward

With constant steps back

An inch of breath

We are all just a fact

Seeing through you

Notice, the mind has different states

No need to worry

Only death awaits
