Grandma's Little Angel

Grandma's Little Angel

A Poem by Toya Marie

Grandma's little angel all snug up in her bed,
For grandma tucked her in at night, before she rest her head,
Grandma's told her angel she loved her very much,
"I'll miss you in the morning I just came to say good night,"

Grandma's little angel kissed her queen good night,
"I'll miss you to grandma but its only for one night,"
Grandma's kissed her angel, and wispered in her ear,
"Remember that I love you, and I'll always be there,"

Grandma's little angel cried when she got up,
Her grandma was still sleeping, and she could not get her up,
Grandma tried to worn her angel, but she could not succeed,
For grandma's little angel never would belive
