Glass Story

Glass Story

A Poem by Sage Kallen

She was an angle walking among jewels.

Fall in love with the sun in her smile,

prepare for nightfall in her sorrows.

She was summer heat with falling rain,

crystal waters without a name.

Selfish and bold,

soft spoken and cold.

Shining in the moon light,

lit by the river so bright.

Far away, yet always close.

drifting through time,

heart was broke.

A fire to see,

a flower to die for.

Mixed of ones, reflecting and outer pain.

Shimmering in sunlight, or fading in nights of days.
