The Forbidden Dreamer(Of Unending Misery)

The Forbidden Dreamer(Of Unending Misery)

A Poem by Sonife
"

A dream that was forbidden by an unknown misery...Yet full of hope and faith...

"

Day after day…

Eyes full of heartbreaking tears

And heart filled with pain

Of unending misery

A dream of mine was meant to be

Like a mirage full of trashes

Trashes which scatter all around

With the pieces of unbearable longing

-The Forbidden Dreamer-

That’s what they crave to call me

For my ambition which may be

True or False

But for sure, torment it is

A desire that I myself cannot detect

If forever I’ll stay hopeless

For my reverie ended worthless

And my vision of tomorrow is again, useless

But beyond these days of dreadfulness

My dream was once a thriving delusion

A dream full of bliss and hope

With aspiring torches of success

Why am I suppose to be forbidden?

With all such things…why my dream?

My dream that was shattered

And mercilessly obliterated

A person like me is such ruthless

For only this dream, I feel in heaven’s ardor

And with this ambition I have

My hope and faith will not be devastated

This poem is AMAZING! All considerations in mind you use of words is very engaging. You obviously know what you're doing. "A dream of mine was meant to be", perfect line, and another, "My hope and faith will not be devastated". The way you end it gives it a real drive. I will not forget this anytime soon.
