When life knocks you down

don't sit there and wallow in the dirt

Dust yourself off and keep on walking

Don't let the ghost in your past haunt your future

Be at peace with them and let them go

Don't keep the shades closed in the window of your life

Open them up and let the sunshine in

Don't let the ones that hurt you in your past keep on hurting you

Forgive them and forgive yourself

Slow down and enjoy your life
