I DON’T WANT TO SMILE ANYMORE
by Rïén Kelso

Numbness to the core.
My smile has widened.
Not by my choice, though.
It’s what life has decided.
A facade that’s easy to milk.
Throw some wood onto that fire.
A day where I feel nothing but sadness.
That is my deepest desire.

Good stuff. I think we have many of these smiles walking about these days. Reading some more. Thank you, splattercore
