For All You've Done-Nothing

For All You've Done-Nothing

A Poem by Alexandra

Withering bones
I spend my time doing finances
While figuring out all the pieces
To this timed puzzles

I remember only the good
But, for the first time:
I reminisced on an awful time
Throwing my glasses on the floor
Cut to-
The sidewalk
Cut to-
Your yelling on a side street
Cut to-
Blood running down my face
Cut to-
Your face of disparity

"It was a moment of nostalgia"
And it was for me too
But, I just didn't want to admit:
That I don't love you
