Oblivion

Oblivion

A Poem by Kristin

We are streams of insignificance
Bound by grass knotted ropes
We kill to find happiness
When there is no hope.
We leave our bodies
Being torn from the insides
And believe there is a better
Idiots full of "sound and fury"
Trying to mean something
To a world in a fog
of Carelessness

The sense of being lost is apparent here, wherein you have no clue how to differentiate right from wrong. Well done. I liked the thought that goes with this.
