The Time of All Ages

The Time of All Ages

A Poem by Julie Murphy, Julie Desin & Julie Stoddard
"

Watching drug deals from my window

"

There’s a man on the corner
Selling stardust to strangers
To eager young fools
And wise old sages
Beckoning them gently
With the time of all ages.
Brought by yearning
To this murky place
That each may don
A brand-new face
Which in a short while
Time will erase.
The old men wish
To be young and free
And children desire
To be and to see.
And the merchant of lusts
He’s no place to be
But out on his corner
Calling out softly
To fools and sages
Offering a journey
Through the time of all ages.

About
Life has been crazy for a very long time, but for now I have some time and will be trying to add more of my writing. I'll slowly be restoring them from my own back ups, though it may take some time. .. more..
